HUAWEI MATEPAD 11 (6GB RAM+128GB/256GB ROM) Review

 


This tablet was released on July 13, 2021. It weighs 485g with a thickness of 7.3mm. It has no SIM card slot, and can only access the Internet through WiFi or Bluetooth.

It has two colors - Matte Grey and Olive Green. The Huawei Matepad 11 is slightly larger than the usual 10-inch tablets at 10.95 inches. The screen uses a technology called WQXGA at 2560 x 1600 pixels, which is quite in-depth with a 16:9 ratio. It has a 13MP back camera.

It boasts the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 865 Mobile Platform, which is a very popular and powerful processor, which means multitasking and using it for heavy tasks would be at ease. 

The usual disadvantage of using Huawei, there is no Google Play Store, but HarmonyOS 2 picks up the slack, which is also based on Android. 

It comes in 3 variants, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, which is pretty much standard with most tablets these days. The battery is huge at 7250 mAh, which means it can last for more than a day without connecting to a charger. 

Its screen has a 120Hz refresh rate, which is the industry standard for high-end devices. 

The keyboard and M-Pencil are sometimes optional, and sometimes it comes free with the device,  depending on the promotion.
