Logitech Z213 Multimedia 2.1 Speaker System - Review

Full Sound, Compact Design, Perfect Fit & Simple Controls

Logitech is mainly known for selling low-priced computer accessories like keyboards and mice. Recently, their Speaker System is getting more well known due to its superb build and sound quality. Logitech have pretty much made their standing in the third-party computer accessories segment, and they are getting better by the day.

The Z213 Multimedia Speaker System has a pretty decent low-priced point, making it affordable to the masses. Its compact size makes it a beautifying addition to most personal and office desktop space. It is also quite easy to operate this system, as its controls are quite simple and straightforward.

This model does not have a Bluetooth system, and it connects to the mainboard through a 3.5mm jack. Its small form factor makes it less noticeable or bulky making its clear audio and enhanced bass more appealing.

There is hardly any learning curve to operate this device. Its controls are simple and quite straightforward. Attached to the subwoofer is a Mini Control Pad that you can use to adjust the volume and the Power button, while at the bottom, you’ll find a 3.5mm audio jack that you can use to connect headphones.

Performance

The Logitech Z213 multimedia speaker has a high enough performance to support your entertainment at home. This multimedia speaker has a response frequency of up to 65 Hz – 20 kHz, and each part of the speaker can produce @ 100 Hz sound on the sub-woofer and @ 1 Hz on the speaker. In addition, this multimedia speaker also produces a relatively low power, which is a total RMS of only 7 watts. The performance delivered by the Logitech Z213 multimedia speaker is undoubtedly excellent compared to other home speakers currently available on the market.

Out of the box, it comes with two satellite speakers, one Sub-woofer and user documentation. This multimedia speaker is a pair of 2.1 multimedia speakers, including two satellite speakers, and a sub-woofer. The satellite itself has dimensions of 14.2 cm x 7.9 cm x 7.6 cm, and the sub-woofer has dimensions of 18.3 cm x 13 cm x 19.3 cm. When put together, all of them weigh no less than 1.76 kg which is undoubtedly relatively light, especially when you move it.

It comes with a one year warranty, and Logitech is known for its great after-sales service. I would advise buyers to retain the proof of purchase to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.
